Avoid Distractions

Either do your most important task, or nothing. Don't watch any YouTube, Netflix, or even music. It WILL distract you, and will lead to regrets. You'll get bored so quickly that you will end up doing what you know you should do.

Have a Mindset of "It's Easy"

There are many times where I put something off because it was too stressful to think about. Don't worry about it so much. Just do something, and remember that everything is easy. This way it actually ends up being easy. Lots of time spent on something brings amazing results compared to a little time while stressing yourself out.

Talk to Yourself

Talk to yourself whenever you get the chance. It keeps you thinking.

Have Good Sleep

Sleep 7 hours at the same time each day. I prefer to be an early riser if possible. If you're like me and find it hard to get out of bed in the morning, during daytime while you're wide awake, get into bed, rest for maybe 1 minute, and get out of bed as quickly as possible to train your muscle memory. It works.

Have More Confidence Socially!

I've found the vast majority of the time, people are much more receptive to talking than you expect. If someone isn't receptive, they will quickly show you, but there's no reason to take it personally, just respect it and move on. Let's live a full life!
